Existing hiring policies and the social stigma of having been incarcerated often limit access to jobs with sustainable wages and opportunities for career advancement. Research shows that without this type of meaningful employment, many formerly incarcerated individuals will return to prison in just a few years. We believe that Second Chance Employment (employing those with criminal records) can break this destructive cycle of recidivism and benefit job seekers as well as those who employ them.

Educate

We educate inmates on the virtues: Wisdom, Courage, Self-control, and Justice. When applied to their lives, it results in good character and integrity.

Advocate

We connect inmates to Life Mentors and Employment Partners to build the trust necessary for successful employment.  

Support

Once released from prison, we continue to actively support our participants, their mentors, and employers.
