To Them, Employment Sounds Like Redemption

Without meaningful employment, those released from prison are likely to return in just a few years. With your help, we can break this destructive cycle of recidivism!

On average, over 600,000 people are released from state and federal prisons each year.

Existing hiring policies and the social stigma of having been incarcerated often limit access to jobs with sustainable wages and opportunities for career advancement. Research shows that without this type of meaningful employment, many formerly incarcerated individuals will return to prison in just a few years. We believe that Second Chance Employment (employing those with criminal records) can break this destructive cycle of recidivism and benefit job seekers as well as those who employ them.

Educate
